Hate doing cardio? Or just not motivated to do it? I have 3 tricks I use to motivate myself to do it no matter how I'm feeling: 1. I start off SUPER slow. A speed for no pain and no fatigue. 2. I tell myself I quit the moment I start to hate it. 3. I VERY gradually increase the speed ONLY if I'm feeling it.
