Built by a Trainer, for Trainers
A private gym created and perfected over the last 12 years for one service: Personal Training.
I was you. Passionate about helping people, but overworked, underpaid, and under-appreciated. And once I got enough clients, it didn't feel worth it. Not in a crowded gym, not fighting with other trainers, and certainly not without getting paid what I was worth.
But I didn't give up, because I truly loved helping people reach their potential. Instead, I built the perfect place for trainers and their clients.
That's Motivate Me Mike — a studio built for serious trainers and their clients.

FAQs
Got questions? Here are answers to the ones we hear the most.
01.
Is this for first-time trainers?
No. This role is intended for experienced trainers, not first-job applicants. If you've been actively coaching clients for at least a year, you're likely a fit.
02.
Do I set my own schedule?
Yes. You will be a contractor trainer so you'll have full flexibility to set your availability and take time off as needed. This is your business too.
03.
Will I get clients from the studio?
Yes! Trainers who demonstrate reliable, high-quality coaching receive leads and overflow clients from the studio's existing inquiry flow.
04.
What does the pay look like?
Starting at $45/hour, above industry average, with multiple ways to increase your rate as you grow.
05.
Can I bring my own clients?
Absolutely. You're welcome to train your existing clients here. The goal is to help you build your hours, not compete with you.

A Training Environment Clients Enjoy
The studio sits in a quiet wellness setting with natural surroundings, outdoor space, and easy parking. It’s a calm environment clients genuinely enjoy coming to — which helps trainers build long-term relationships and consistent schedules.
