Hello! I’m Mike, the owner, operator, and trainer of the Motivate Me Mike private personal training gym here in Sheffield, Ohio. I’ve helped hundreds of individuals get fit and healthy since I opened my fitness studio in 2014. If I can’t help YOU too, well… Honestly, I’d be surprised! Haha!
That’s because I’m certified to work with the medical industry. I understand the physical and biological limitations that people have. My goal is to work with and around those issues to get you results nonetheless!
Fitness for Everyone
In fact, I’ve assisted many individuals with various medical conditions at this point. It’s hard for even me to believe! I’ve worked with people facing every joint problem you can imagine and nearly every heart condition, too. I’ve even helped special cases like cerebral palsy, partial paralysis, and a 93-year-old woman. However, most of my clients are between 40 and 60 years old. They often have minor issues and wish to be healthier, stronger, and maybe lose a few pounds.
