Hello! I’m Mike the owner, operator, and trainer of the Motivate Me Mike private personal training gym here in Sheffield Ohio. I’ve helped 100’s of people get fit and healthy since I opened my fitness studio in 2014 and if I can’t help YOU too well… Honestly I’d be surprised! Haha!
That’s because I’m certified to work with the medical industry to understand the physical and biological limitations that people have and work with/around those issues to get you results none-the-less!
In fact, I’ve helped so many people with so many different medical conditions at this point, it’s hard for even me to believe! I’ve helped people with every joint problem you can imagine and nearly every heart condition too. Even special cases like cerebral palsy, partial paralysis, and a 93 year old woman. But mostly, I just help 40-60 years olds who only have minor issues and would like to be healthier, stronger, and maybe lose a few pounds.
So I’m here because…
