Not Motivated To Do Cardio? I Got 3 Tricks For You


Hate doing cardio? Or just not motivated to do it? I have 3 tricks I use to motivate myself to do it no matter how I'm feeling:


1. I start off SUPER slow. A speed for no pain and no fatigue.


2. I tell myself I quit the moment I start to hate it.


3. I VERY gradually increase the speed ONLY if I'm feeling it.



I call this 3 part method "Plan B" when I'm not mentally or physically ready for my "Plan A".

In fact, I have a "Plan B" for strength and flexibility training too, but that's for another blog!



Point is, it's more important to do "Something Instead of Nothing". So that's my actionable advice for you today: Decide what your "Plan B" is right now that way you'll get SOME results instead of NONE. Besides, you are more likley to do a Plan B if you don't have to figure out a Plan B on the spot. So use my idea or your own so that you can build the up your CONSISTENCY!
