Summit Strength Workout Make-Up

This is what you do if you have to miss a workout with me. And this goes without saying, but this applies to both my 1-on-1 clients and my 1-on-7 SS clients! This should give you the structure, clarity, and accountability required to get you to ACT! ✅

Only Pick 1 of the Following:

🔵Actual SS Workout at mMm. Except it’s on a TUE or WED and without regular class structure.

🔵The MOVE at Home program. Only requires internet access and a chair.

🔵DB SS. Which requires only a bench and a set of dumbbells. Also, if you choose this one be sure to give me enough heads up time so I can text you the full printed workout, personalized prescription, and video demos.

🔵MOGA. You can join my MOGA class on Tuesdays at 6pm as a replacement.

Fun/Motivational Tips:

☝️Track your workout. It’s a good idea to use pen and paper for all 3 workouts. Or for the MOVE at Home program you can use a heart rate monitor to make sure your are going into the “Orange Zone” as often as you are able. Writing it down or tracking with a monitor is also the way you will be able to text me “evidence” of your adherence.

☝️Listen to good workout music. Use headphones if you are somewhere where you can’t listen to music on a speaker.

☝️For MOVE at Home: Ask Google, Siri, or Alexa to “Roll a 12 sided die” and whatever number they give is which workout you’ll do.
