Summit Strength Workout Make-Up


This is what you do if you have to miss a workout with me. And this goes without saying, but this applies to both my 1-on-1 clients and my 1-on-7 SS clients! This should give you the structure, clarity, and accountability required to get you to ACT! ✅


Pick 1 Of These Make-Up Workouts:


🔵SS Workout On A Different Day. So on a TUE or WED, just without the regular class structure.

🔵The MOVE at Home program. Only requires internet access and a chair.

🔵DB SS. Which requires only a bench and a set of dumbbells. I'll send you video demos and everything.

🔵MOVE. You can join my MOVE class on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 6pm as a replacement.


Fun/Motivational Tips:

☝️Track your workout. It’s a good idea to track your make-up workout! That could be with pen and paper or just by using a fitness watch. I'd love a pic via text for proof afterward too!


☝️Listen to good workout music. Use headphones if you are somewhere where you can’t listen to music on a speaker.


☝️For MOVE at Home: Ask Google, Siri, or Alexa to “Roll a 12 sided die” and whatever number they give is which workout you’ll do.
